The sounds of Dixieland music get everyone’s toes tapping to the beat at the Church of Peace UCC in Rock Island. Everyone is welcome to attend the church’s 18th annual Dixieland Jazz service on Sunday, August 5, at 10:30 am. The service includes performances of traditional favorites such as “When the Saints Go Marching In” and “Down by the Riverside,” and will feature music composed by Quad Cities native Bix Beiderbecke.
