Intersession Meals Program Wrap-Up
Thanks to our volunteers for so generously donating their time to the Intersession Meals Program held March 12-23. We served approximately 2,800 meals to children and 370 meals to adults in the Family Literacy Program during the 10-day break from school. Church of Peace hosts media event for Health Initiative
Explaining the need for mammograms and pap smears to immigrant women—who don’t speak English—is a challenge for health care workers and those trying to help the immigrants assimilate into a new country. Timpani is New to Worship
Two recent additions to the Church of Peace worship services are a pair of timpani, also called kettledrums. They were purchased with funds given in Corinne Colclasure’s memory.
