Building closed to honor Martin Luther King Jr. Day

The building will be closed on Monday, January 21st in observance of the Martin Luther King, Jr. holiday. A special service will be conducted at the King Center beginning at 11 am that day.

Christmas decoration take down

Christmas decorations will be taken down on Epiphany Sunday, January 6th. Stay after Worship that day to help – the more the merrier!

Church adds new after-school program

A new after-school program will begin at the Church of Peace in the parsonage on Tuesday, January 15th. Spring Forward Learning Center will conduct the program and the church will furnish hot meals. Church of Peace welcomes new interim pastor

Rev. John Crede will fill the pulpit beginning January 13th. He will continue until Pastor Mariah Marlin-Warfield arrives in February.  Rev.
