After processing all the daily meal counts during the Rock Island Schools intersession, our total count for meals from October 10-21 was 4298. The sites included in this total were Church of Peace, Rauch Park, and MLK Center.
Once again, it’s all because of our tireless volunteers! Thanks to Bill Atkins, Carol Atkins, Emilie Braughton, Judy Hansen, Pauline Hartung, Jim Lerch, Pat Lerch, Joann Love, John Love, and Corinne Paaske. The next intersession with meals will be in March. Meanwhile, our after-school program meals continue!
