On Sunday, April 27, Church of Peace members celebrated the world shaking power of Christ’s resurrection with an upside-down, inside out, first shall be last service. Many members wore articles of clothing backward or inside out. The service began with a Postlude and Benediction, and ended with Words of Welcome and a Prelude. In his sermon, Kevin Carney talked about Christ’s resurrection reshaping the world so that God’s created order is established by the grace of peace rather than the power of violence.
